3. SMS / Text Message Communications
When you provide your phone number to Rebel Resurface — through our website forms, by phone, or in person — and consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us related to your estimate, project, scheduling, follow-up, and occasional promotional offers about our pool resurfacing, decking, and pool systems services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive transactional messages (estimate confirmations, scheduling, project updates) as needed, and promotional messages no more than four (4) times per month.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers: SMS service is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information sharing to subcontractors who perform services on our behalf (such as a scheduling system or SMS delivery provider) is permitted only as part of providing the service you requested. All other categories of information sharing exclude mobile opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as described below:
Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our business, such as our website host (Wix), email delivery service, SMS delivery service (Twilio), invoicing and payment system (QuickBooks), and scheduling system.
