2. Estimates and Services
Estimates provided through the Site or otherwise are non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Final pricing and scope of work will be set out in your signed contract with Rebel Resurface. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service for any lawful reason.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number to Rebel Resurface and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to consent to receive messages.
- The phone number you provided is your own, or you have permission from the number's owner to receive messages.
- You consent to receive text messages from Rebel Resurface, including transactional messages (estimate confirmations, scheduling, project updates) and occasional promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. Promotional messages will not exceed four (4) per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Intellectual Property

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBEL RESURFACE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
